We welcome your feedback on the information standard. It is important for us to know if there are any issues that arise in implementation and any suggestions for improvement. Please get in touch to:
- tell us how the standard has helped you improve recording and communication of palliative and end of life care preferences and choices
- share your comments or suggestions for the guidance on implementation and record keeping
- give us your comments regarding the data items or data codes
- provide any other suggestions or comments that could assist with improvement of the standard

In March 2015 NEoLCIN and NHS Improving Quality ran an online consultation to consult on proposed amendments to the End of Life Care Co-ordination: core content (now called Palliative Care Co-Ordination: core content).
